Prepaid Package
A Prepaid Building Report package (Building, Pest, Compliance and EER) offers you the reports at a discounted rate of $950.00 based on a residence of no more than 200m2 (living area). $1 per m2 over and above.
The payment $950.00 is required prior to Homebuyers Inspections releasing the report and the cost is reimbursed to you by the purchaser at settlement.
Deferred Payment Package
A Deferred Payment at Settlement Building Report package is $1150.00 based on a residence of no more than 200m2 (living area). $1 per m2 over and above.
The cost $1150.00 will be covered by your purchaser and payment will be made to us by your solicitor at settlement.
If the property is not settled within 180 days (approx six months) of the report date, or is withdrawn from the market you will be required to pay $1150.00 for the reports and the invoice must be settled within 14 days.
OTHER
A Building & Pest Report package offers you the two reports at a discounted rate of $720.00 when done together at one Inspection – based on a residence of no more than 200m2 (living area). $1 per m2 over and above.
Building Report $450 – includes a thorough visual investigation of the house including: footings, brickwork, cladding and frames, roofing, roof space, eaves, fascia, out buildings, sub-floor space, internal rooms, ceiling fittings, wall linings, tiling, shower recess, flooring.
Pest Report $350 – includes a thorough visual investigation of the exterior, interior, roof space, sub-floor space, out buildings, fences, tree stumps and landscaping. We look for any infestations, past or present of termites (white ants) or borers.
Handover Defect Report $550 – includes a visual investigation of the property and a written report which includes photos of any defects which require attention.
EER Report $360 – A rating between 0-6 stars, rates how energy efficient the home is and list ways to improve the energy rating.
